With Lake Michigan as its backdrop, the BMO Pavilion is home to numerous concerts and special events throughout the year. The venue can accommodate 5,000 patrons in reserved seating, along with a large general-admission area, and features state-of-the-art production and sound. Dramatic architecture, including the iconic wave-inspired roof, along with its picturesque setting, create the ideal backdrop for fans to enjoy music in the unique outdoor setting of the BMO Pavilion.

All event parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no Tailgaiting allowed in Henry Maier Festival Park lots. There is Tailgating is not permitted on the Henry Maier Festival Park grounds/lots. For information on nearby RV parking please visit the Wisconsin State Fair RV park website. Also, please note that vehicles must have appropriate plates or permits to park in accessible spaces.

On event days, rideshare pickups and drop-offs will be directed to a designated area on North Jackson Street near the South Gate. In periods of high pedestrian activity, traffic patterns may be adjusted by MPD temporarily to ensure public safety.

Here are a couple of tips to follow for the smoothest experience.

You will always be able to see your fare before you accept the trip. We expect the busiest times to be on the weekends or as the headline acts finish up their encore.
Always check the license plate in your app with the license plate of the vehicle.
Confirm your name with your driver.
If you are planning on traveling with a big crew, be sure to order a car that can fit up to six riders comfortably.

Pre-purchase parking in advance for downtown parking structures located within walking distance to the festival grounds. To park in the downtown lots, drivers should exit at any of the downtown exits PRIOR to the Lakefront exit and then proceed to park.

To ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all guests, performers, staff, vendors, and contractors.  Milwaukee World Festival, Inc. (MWF) enforces the following policies for all public and private events held at Henry Maier Festival Park (PARK).  By entering the Park, you consent to security screening, bag inspection, and agree to comply with Park policies and lawful instructions issued by MWF Security.

A limited number of wheelchairs may be rented for a minimal charge (with a valid form of ID), for concerts at the BMO Pavilion during Summerfest. Wheelchair rental stations are located on the festival grounds at the North Gate, Mid Gate, and South Gate. Please note, for each wheelchair space purchased by a disabled individual, three additional (“companion”) seats in the same row, contiguous with the wheelchair space shall be made available for purchase (provided they are available at the time of purchase).  For any shows taking place outside of Summerfest dates there will be volunteers only at the South gate to assist with checking out wheelchairs.

Tickets can be purchased at all Box office service windows or by calling the Box Office at (414) 273-2600 (voice/TTY). Online ordering of accessible seating is also available through Ticketmaster at ticketmaster.com. Availability of tickets for accessible seating include, but are not limited to people who: use wheelchairs, are blind or visually impaired or who are deaf or hard-of-hearing.
Accessible Front row seats available to allow for an equal accommodation
Accessible seats available in the lower bowl seating area and at the back of the bleachers
Accessible ramps to access the seating bowl are on the north and south sides of the venue
The lower seating bowl has cup holders and a limited number of distanced traveled aisle seats are available with a flip-up armrest to allow for easy access
All aisle seats in the bleachers offer distanced traveled accessibility with no armrest obstructions

Accessible restrooms are available to the south of the venue adjacent to the American Family Insurance Amphitheater. Additionally, accessible restrooms are available on the north side of the venue at the South Restroom Pavilion. The Club bar hospitality area has dedicated accessible restrooms at the same level.

Jamming out to your favorite bands can really make you work up an appetite. We have a variety of vendors providing food and drink options for guest of all ages. Looking for just a snack? Popcorn, mini donuts & coffee, Lemon Chill are also available before and during the show. Bars and food vendors are open at doors open.  Rounding out the beverage menu we have a variety of MolsonCoors Brewing Co. and Pepsi products. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks including water, soda (Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Diet Pepsi, etc.), Miller Lite, High Life, Leinenkugel's, Blue Moon, Wine coolers (red and white), spirits, and other seasonal options.
